The hotel offers beautifully designed rooms with a kitchenette perfect for preparing quick meals, an ideal place to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were helpful and guided us to nearby attractions. While language barriers were a challenge, the value for the price we paid was exceptional.

The hotel is situated in the 13th arrondissement, not far from the metro and other facilities, making it a really good deal. It's perfect for its location, with access to metro, buses, and excellent free parking nearby. However, the dining experience was not my favorite with limited dining options available.

The rooms are quite big compared to other locations in Paris. The new room had a smaller bedroom area and a larger bathroom. There was a door without a doorknob to the room next to us, leading to clear sound transfer.

The service is very nice. However, I was surprised when someone on the front desk asked me to pay my bills on the first day because of my skin color. Housekeeping needs to pay attention to sweeping under the bed.

I absolutely loved the hotel's location near the 13 Arr China Town to enjoy delicious Vietnamese food and the spacious rooms with a cozy kitchen, making it perfect for me and my small child. However, the evening safety around the small park nearby was a concern. The hotel's proximity to a metro station and a supermarket was super convenient for my stay.
